Abraham Dorley - Executive Director/President

Abraham B. Dorley is a dedicated Research Specialist with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently making significant contributions to cancer research at a facility in New Brighton, Minnesota. Hailing from Gwanyan Town, Bomi County, Liberia, West Africa, Mr. Dorley has overcome formidable challenges, having slept in hallways and walked ten miles to school on an empty stomach due to an impoverished background.

Despite these hardships, he is on the verge of completing his undergraduate studies as a graduating senior at St. Cloud State University, mastering in Medical Technology/Quality, and holds a BSc in Health Science from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Motivated by his personal journey, Abraham is deeply passionate about assisting the less fortunate and has actively engaged in community service over the years. With a positive outlook on life and a fervent dedication to self-empowerment, he aspires to create a platform that will empower marginalized communities in the future.

Edward Solomon - Programme Manager

Edward Solomon is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Trader at Wall Street, he brings strategic insight and proficiency in financial markets. Edward's career spans roles at the Minnesota Department of Revenue and Wells Fargo Bank, where he contributed to key initiatives and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence.

His background includes serving as a Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Services Inc., showcasing his expertise in taxation, and as a Financial Analyst at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Liberia, where he played a pivotal role in financial analysis and planning. Holding an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton, along with a Certificate in Tax Analysis and Revenue Forecasting, Edward combines his technical skills with a strategic mindset, making him a valuable asset in navigating the donor community.

Rahoff Solomon - Secretary

Rahoff Solomon is a seasoned professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the banking and auditing sector. He earned his Master's Degree from the University of Liberia in 2021, complementing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration obtained from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) in 2009.

Rahoff has dedicated a significant portion of his career to the banking industry, serving as a Branch Manager for ECOBANK Liberia from 2009 to 2015 and AfriLand First Bank between 2016 and 2018. Currently, Rahoff holds the position of Chief Auditor at the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission, a role he has been serving in since 2020. Along with a wealth of experience in financial management, auditing, and leadership, Rahoff brings a strategic and insightful perspective to his current role in promoting transparency and accountability in Liberia.

Fred P. Johnson - Financial Secretary

Fred P. Johnson is an accomplished professional in the field of accounting, working at Cemenco. He's presently pursuing his Masters from the University of Liberia in the area of Business Administration. Mr Johnson holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting in 2016 from the University of Liberia, West Africa. Fred has built a robust foundation for his career. He currently holds the position of Reporting Supervisor at Liberia Cement Corporation (CEMENCO). He amassed a wealth of experience during his tenure at Baker Tilly from 2012 to 2018 as Audit Semi-Senior, showcasing his dedication and proficiency in financial management. Fred's expertise in the accounting field, combined with his academic background, positions him as a valuable asset in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organizations he served. His commitment to excellence and years of experience makes him a key contributor to CMI financial prowess.

Guysumu J. Johnson - Director of Media and Technology

Mr. Guysumu J. Johnson is an accomplished professional in the field of Information Technology, hails from Bomi County, Liberia, He brings over 20 years of technical and management experiences in various industries including Hi-Tech to manufacturing teams. In 2000 and 2005, he received his Associate Degree in Electronics Technology and Computer Networking/ Analyst respectively. In 2017, he earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the St, Mary’s University of Minnesota with emphasis in Cloud Computing. In 2019, he graduated with a master’s degree in information technology with emphasis in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Walden University.
